HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CROCHET PATTERN?
You will receive your crochet pattern as soon as payment is confirmed. Usually within 20-30 minutes. You will automatically receive an email including a download link for your crochet pattern.
If you choose to make an account on the checkout page, you can access and download your crochet pattern from my account page as well.
Check spam folder and add order@zenknit.ru email address to your contact list if you don’t get your purchase immediately.
WHAT EXACTLY DOES A CROCHET PATTERN PURCHASE INCLUDE?
- A PDF file with the pattern.
- FREE support, follow up and updates.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE PATTERN?
You will the automatically receive an email including a download link for your crochet pattern.
The email will look like this:
To download, click on the link in the Download column (marked with a green arrow in the screenshot).
This will open the PDF file on Google Drive. You always have access to the latest version. If you would like to download the PDF to your device, then click on the download icon in the upper right corner (marked with a green arrow in the screenshot below).
